Meet our Pastor - Dr. Randall DeVille
Pastor Randall DeVille came to Falcon Baptist Church on November 16, 2003. His desire is to shepherd the church to “live up to our mission statement, which is to be a loving church that acquaints others with Jesus.”
Randall was born in Lake Charles, LA and has 4 brothers and 2 sisters. It was during those childhood years that Randall gave His life to the Lord. “While at summer camp, a dear pastor's wife led me down the Romans road and I realized my need for a Savior. It was soon after my trusting in Jesus Christ that I began to realize a passion to win lost souls.”
After high school, Randall studied mechanical engineering at McNeese State University. He soon understood his need to get to know God and His Word, so he moved to Missouri to attend Calvary Bible College. It was there that Randall met René and they were married on June 18, 1983. Both Randall and René are graduates of Calvary Bible College.
Following college, Randall served as Youth Director in the Lake Pomme de Terre area and also at Woodson Avenue Bible Church in Kansas City. He was then called back to Louisiana where he served as assistant Pastor at his home church for five years. While in Louisiana, Randall reenrolled at McNeese University working on certification to teach secondary mathematics. He returned to Kansas City where he taught Christian School and served as a youth pastor and pastor to churches in the Kansas City area.
Randall enjoys fishing, playing basketball, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs. Randall and Rene have one grown daughter, Ellie. Ellie married Paul Nasrallah in 2007. On August 5th, 2009, Paul and Ellie gave birth to the DeVille's first granddaughter, Kylie Je t'aime Nasrallah. Their second granddaughter, Isla Claire, was born on August 31, 2011, and on April 4, 2014 they welcomed a grandson, Patton Gregory.
Randall is an alumni of Calvary Bible College where he graduated with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies. Randall received his Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Calvary Theological Seminary. His earned doctorate is in Education with an emphasis on Teacher Leadership from Walden University. His life verse continues to ring true: “The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it” (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

Meet our Youth Pastor - Jonathan Stewart
God placed Jonathan as the fourth child, in a family of eight children: five brothers and two sisters. The family grew up in Kansas City, MO, and seven out of eight have graduated
from Truman High School. During his Jr. High years he met a young couple named Jake and Megan Gibler and they challenged him about genuinely treasuring Jesus.
After his baptism, he began working with the youth under Jake, and also became highly invested in his high school. It was through this time that his ambitions changed from being a pilot or engineer, to a minister of the Gospel. He began his studies pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After five years of working part time, learning life skills to operate well, and doing school, he married Shannon in May of 2016, two weeks after she graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Biblical Studies.
Immediately following their wedding and honeymoon, Jonathan and his bride Shannon came to Falcon Baptist Church. He completed an internship lasting just over a year and was then hired on as the full time youth pastor in June, 2017. Through his marriage, internship, employment, and birth of his daughter, he continued school and graduated in December of 2017.
His favorite places to be definitely involve a park, a lake, a lookout, or anything that brings out the “nature” side of things. He couldn’t chose one favorite movie but some favorites range from Pixar’s Finding Nemo and The Incredibles, to Remember the Titans, to The Prestige, and to Warrior. His favorite hobbies are interacting with friends, playing sports, and organizing.
As the youth pastor here at Falcon, his aim is to continue investing in junior and senior high students and directing them toward submission and reliance on Christ and his work. He teaches that life is crazy, difficult, and nonstop, yet also exciting, fun, and always new. Through all times of life, God is loving, patient, and willing to give hope, endurance, and peace to those who have trusted in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins.
